Tour - Terms and Conditions

Tour Package (Basic) Inclusive of:
  1. Transportation service (professional driver service)
  2. Accommodation as requested or mentioned in the itinerary
  3. Meals as stated at itinerary
  4. Entrance fees as mentioned in the itinerary
  5. Ferry to Samosir Island (if applicable)
  6. Free tours surrounding Medan City
  7. Free daily mineral water
Tour Package Exclusive of:
  1. All personal expenses such as room service, laundry, facsimile, telephone etc.
  2. Any other optional tours and entrance fees, which are not specified in the itinerary unless agreed during the tour
  3. Tips for local tour guide, driver and/or hotel porter
  4. Flight ticket
  5. Airport tax
Payment Terms:
  1. All trips require a deposit of 50% price per pax (per person). The deposit will confirm your reservation until 3 weeks prior to trip departure, at which time the balance of the payment is due
  2. Balance of payment is due 3 weeks prior to departure
  3. Payment may be made by cash or bank transfer
Note: Unless stated otherwise in the offered tour packages based on mutual agreement.

Tips - How to Travel to Medan

In accordance with the Regulation of Minister of Law and Human Right of the Republic of Indonesia Number 26, 2013, citizen from 61 countries and 1 region are eligible for obtaining Visa on Arrival (VOA).

This visa can be obtained directly when you are landed at the certain airports and seaport in Indonesia regardless of the purpose of your visits (Business, Tourist, Social). The maximum stays permitted for the visa on arrival is 30 days. If you plan to stay longer than 30 days, you need to mention your intention to stay longer. Visa on Arrival can be extended for another 30 days.

The general requirements for Visa On Arrival are:
  1. Expiration date of the applicant’s passport must be at least 6 (six) months at the date of entry
  2. Round-trip airplane ticket
  3. Fee
